Service Description

This 15–20-minute visit includes: Weight and treatment-progress review Medication-adherence assessment Side-effect and safety evaluation Nutrition, protein and hydration review Dose adjustment when clinically appropriate Prescription renewal Pharmacy coordination Laboratory review when applicable Best for: Established Lamarkee clients who are starting medication, moving through dose escalation, or require closer medication monitoring. Follow-ups are generally scheduled monthly during medication initiation and titration. The treating provider determines the appropriate visit frequency.
